Create a group for the event
Add speaker portraits, slide photos and any behind-the-scenes shots.
Virtual events leave behind screenshots, speaker portraits, slide photos and community snapshots. Collect them in one place and share them with the people who attended.

Facepic works with photos, not live streams or recordings. For webinars and virtual summits that is still useful: attendees contribute screenshots of the gallery view, speakers share portraits, and organisers add branded visuals. Attendees can browse everything, and anyone who chooses to add their face can find the images they appear in.

Put the join link in the follow-up email or the chat. Attendees view in a browser.
Attendees add their screenshots and photos afterwards. Everything stays in one searchable place.

Share the gallery with sponsors and speakers using expiring links, and keep the group open for attendees to revisit.

No. Facepic organises and shares photos. For recordings, keep using your video platform and use Facepic for the photos around the event.
No. Face matching is optional. A guest who chooses to add a photo of their face can open “My photos” to see the photos they likely appear in. Everyone else can still browse the group if the owner allows it.
You decide. Owners invite people with a code, QR code or link, choose whether they can view or also upload, and can switch the code off or change it at any time.
