FOR CORPORATE EVENTS

Private galleries for professional events.

Conferences, offsites and award nights produce photos that matter to attendees and to your brand. Share them privately, organised, and without emailing zip files.

A professional at a corporate event
The people. The photos. The connection.
BUILT FOR CORPORATE EVENTS

Delivery that feels organised.

Create a group for each event, upload the photographer’s files and invite attendees with a link or QR code. Attendees can browse the gallery, or add their face to see just the photos they appear in. Organisers choose who can upload, remove any photo, and see usage on their plan.

HOW IT WORKS

Simple to begin.
Easy to come back to.

Set up the event group

One group per conference, offsite or launch, with the right people as uploaders.

Invite attendees

Send a link in the follow-up email or show a QR code on the closing slide.

Share what matters

Use share links with an expiry for press, speakers and sponsors, and revoke them when they are no longer needed.

Colleagues networking at an event
CONTROL AND PRIVACY

Share widely, keep control.

Paid plans can limit a member to the photos they appear in. Links can expire, joining can be switched off, and you can remove any photo or member at any time.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Good to know.

Clear answers before you bring your photos together.

Do guests have to add their face?+

No. Face matching is optional. A guest who chooses to add a photo of their face can open “My photos” to see the photos they likely appear in. Everyone else can still browse the group if the owner allows it.

Who can see and add photos?+

You decide. Owners invite people with a code, QR code or link, choose whether they can view or also upload, and can switch the code off or change it at any time.

Is there a plan for organisations?+

Yes. The Enterprise plan has no fixed limits and custom terms. Use the Contact sales option on the pricing page and we will get back to you.
